Luckily I’m part of a generation which was used to eat selfproduced vegtables and even learnt how to produce it, THANKS to my mother, who conciously lives this lifestyle and passed it on to us.
Today most young people have little or no interest in producing their own food… I do believe that’s sad and even unhealthy!
Our vegetable garden is the simple result of our decision to live healthy and close to nature. I wish to eat stuff which I’m certain is produced whithout chemical support, because I did it on my own, or at least I know who produced it.
From my point of view it is the most natural way to invest time for yourself, harvesting a healthy lifestyle. An area in which you’re able to do really everything by yourself without the need of machines or chemicals… even if it’s not taught, explained or experienced in school anymore.
